Aquatics Specialist

Sharon received her Master of Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas and her Bachelor of Applied Studies in Science and Business from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Sharon is a certified teacher in the state of Florida for Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (K-12). Sharon has been a Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard, certified by the American Red Cross since 2006 for Gulf Coast State College. She is certified level 1 swim coach through USA swimming, and coaching with the Panama City Swim Team since 2008. She is an Aerobics Instructor, certified through the National Exercise and Sports Training Association and a certified PADI Open Water Diver. Sharon became Aquatics Specialist in June, 2013.
