Public Records Custodian Contact Information/Requests
All public records requests should be directed to the Custodian of Records c/o John Mercer, Vice President, Administration and Finance; 5230 W. Hwy 98, Panama City, FL 32401, Administration Building, room 220; 850.769.1551 ext. 3807; jmercer@gulfcoast.edu. The definition of “custodian of records” under Florida law encompasses a number of employees at various locations throughout the College. Accordingly, for the purpose of s. 119.12, Fla. Statute, the Vice President, Administration and Finance has been designated to receive and facilitate public records requests for the convenience of the public.
